The full-service option. I design, build, and install everything on site, and each install is quoted to your space and vision. Prefer a set price? Packages start at $650.

Sometimes one great piece is all it takes. I build it fresh in your colors, and you pick it up and set it up. Garlands, stacks, columns, Crazy Towers, freestanding garlands, and helium are all available this way.

How far in advance should I book?
Three weeks or more is ideal for custom installs, and longer for large or corporate events. About a week is usually plenty for Grab & Go. Sooner dates are often still possible, so it's always worth asking. Custom installs and packages booked less than 10 days out include a short-notice booking fee starting at $50.
How much does a custom installation cost?
Custom installs start at $400, which includes a 12-foot garland with delivery & installation within 10 miles of Phoenix 85008. Most installs with a backdrop land between $550 and $925, depending on footage, distance, and extras. The price guide has the details.
What size are your backdrops?
Painted backdrops come in 5.5, 6, and 7 ft. 7 ft painted backdrops travel by trailer, so delivery & installation starts at $140. Printed backdrops of every size travel without one.
Do I get to see the design before my event?
Yes. Every custom install includes a mock-up after your deposit, so you can review the design and request adjustments before anything is built.
What areas do you serve?
I'm based in Arcadia (Phoenix 85008) and serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the East Valley. Farther venues are welcome and quoted by distance, so just ask.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 72 hours before your event. Payments are made by card or bank transfer through your secure HoneyBook client portal, with Zelle as a backup.
What if my date changes?

How long do balloons last?
Indoor installs typically last 3 weeks or more and outdoor balloons 1 to 2 days. Helium latex typically floats 12 to 24 hours, and helium foil lasts 3 to 5 days.
