I design the piece around your brand colors, send you a digital mock-up once your date is held, and confirm the install window in writing so your team knows exactly when I'll be on site and when I'll be gone.
For anything your procurement or venue contact needs, I can provide a signed W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured.

Questions companies ask
What does a company install cost?
Every one is quoted individually, because the price depends on how much wall or entry you want covered, how many pieces you need, and where the venue is. Custom installs start at $425, which covers a 15 foot garland plus delivery, setup, and strike, and most company installs are larger than that. How far in advance should we book?
Three weeks ahead is comfortable for a custom install.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Send me your venue's insurance requirements and I'll have a certificate issued naming them as an additional insured. I can also provide a signed W-9 for your accounts payable team.
How does billing work for a business?
I invoice your company directly. A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 72 hours before the install.
Can you match our brand colors?
Almost always. I work in professional grade balloons with a deep color range, so send me your hex codes or a logo file and I'll get as close as the material allows. If a color is unusual I'll tell you what the nearest match looks like in person before you commit to it.
How long will it last?
Indoor installations typically hold up for three weeks or more, which is why a lot of offices leave them well past the event. Outdoors, Phoenix heat and wind are real, so we'll talk through placement and timing and I'll be straight with you about what your space can hold rather than promising something the weather won't allow.
What areas do you serve?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the East Valley. I'm based in the Arcadia neighborhood, so most of the Valley is an easy drive, and if you're further out just ask and I'll let you know.
