Arcadia Balloon Co. was founded on a simple love for celebrating life’s moments - big and small. What started as a desire to create cute, themed balloon decor for my own events quickly became a creative outlet I couldn’t stop obsessing over.

I’m Sarah, the owner and founder of Arcadia Balloon Co. I’m a former teacher and a mom to two young boys, which means celebrations, creativity, and meaningful moments are a big part of my everyday life. I’m a bit of a perfectionist (in the best way), I love bringing ideas to life, and I’ve truly never met a stranger - so clear communication, collaboration, and making clients feel at ease come naturally to me.

My background in teaching shaped my attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage moving pieces while keeping everything on track. Those skills now guide every balloon installation I create, from the planning process to event day. Whether it’s a corporate event or a personal celebration, my goal is always the same: thoughtful designs, seamless execution, and balloon decor that feels just as special as the moment you’re celebrating.
