Price Guide
A build-your-own breakdown so you can ballpark your event. Custom installs start at $375, which covers a 12 foot garland plus a starting delivery, setup, and strike fee of $75, professional grade balloons, the hours of hand-building that happen before install day, and a design made to actually hold up for the length of your event. That delivery fee goes up with distance and the size of the install. Backdrops and add-ons are optional. These are starting points, and I'll send a firm quote once I know your date, space, and vision.

Backdrops
Backdrops are optional, an added statement piece for your install. Every rental includes paint and vinyl customization in your colors.

Balloon Garland
Garlands are priced by the foot so they scale to any backdrop or space. Tell me the look you want and I'll size it to fit. Standard finishes start at $25 per foot; metallic or foil balloons are $28 per foot.
Organic Balloon Garland
Custom colors and finish, built to your event. Measured by the foot.
Garland Minimum
Installed garlands start at 12 feet. Most backdrops look fullest with 16 feet or more, so it's worth seeing the difference below before you decide. Grab & Go garlands have no minimum at all, so you can order any length.
A 12 ft garland with no backdrop is $300 (12 ft × $25) + $75 (starting delivery/setup/strike fee) = $375.
Add a Standard backdrop and it runs $475. Size the garland up to 16 ft on that backdrop and it runs $575.

Structures & Extras
Standalone pieces priced per structure, each one built in your colors and finish. Prices cover the piece itself, with delivery, setup, and strike added for installed pieces, starting at $75 and scaling with distance and size. Most of these are also available Grab & Go with no minimum, so see below if you'd rather pick up or have something delivered without a full install.

Grab & Go
Ready-made pieces for pickup or a quick delivery, no full install date needed. This is the fast path when you want something beautiful without the three-week lead time.
There's no minimum on garland length here, so a small accent cluster is just as easy to order as a full piece. Everything on this price guide is available Grab & Go except the walk-through arch, which needs a full install.
Pick up in Phoenix (85008) or have it delivered starting at $25. Grab & Go usually needs about a week's notice, well short of the three weeks a custom install takes.

Delivery, Setup & Strike
Drop-off, on-site install, and teardown. This starts at $75 and goes up with distance, the size of the install, and how involved the setup is. The $75 starting fee is already counted in the $375 starting price above, so it is not a surprise added at the end. Your exact fee is confirmed in your quote.

The practical details clients usually ask about once they've seen the numbers.
Booking & deposit
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. Payment is accepted through Venmo and Zelle.
How far in advance to book
For custom installations, about 3 weeks ahead is typical, and Grab & Go usually needs about a week. Earlier dates open up more than you'd think, so an early inquiry gets first pick of dates and backdrops, but a tighter timeline is always worth asking about.
Phoenix heat & outdoor installs
Indoor installations typically last 3 or more weeks. Outdoor setups can be affected by heat and wind, so I'll talk through placement and timing to set realistic expectations for your space.
Certificate of insurance
If your venue requires proof of insurance, weddings and some private event spaces often do, I can have a certificate issued naming them as an additional insured. Just send over their requirements when you inquire.
