Price Guide
A build-your-own breakdown so you can ballpark your event. Every install starts with a 15-foot balloon garland plus delivery, so custom installs begin at $425. Backdrops and add-ons are optional. These are starting points, and I'll send a firm quote once I know your date, space, and vision.
How your quote comes together
Backdrops
Backdrops are optional, an added statement piece for your install. Every rental includes paint and vinyl customization in your colors.

Balloon Garland
Garlands are priced by the foot so they scale to any backdrop or space. Tell me the look you want and I'll size it to fit.
Organic Balloon Garland
Custom colors and finish, built to your event. Measured by the foot.
Garland Minimum
Garlands start at 15 feet, which is enough to fill a single backdrop with a full, finished look.
A 15 ft garland with delivery/setup and no backdrop starts at
$375 (15 ft × $25) + $50 (delivery/setup/strike) = $425.
Add a Standard backdrop and the same install runs $525.

Structures & Extras
Standalone pieces priced per structure, each one built in your colors and finish. Prices cover the piece itself, with delivery, setup, and strike (from $50) added for installed pieces. Everything here except the walk-through arch is also available Grab & Go with no minimum, picked up in Phoenix (85008) or delivered from $25, so just ask about the piece you have in mind.

Delivery, Setup & Strike
Drop-off, on-site install, and teardown. The starting $50 is already counted in the $425 starting price above, so it's not a surprise added at the end.

The practical details clients usually ask about once they've seen the numbers.
Booking & deposit
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. Payment is accepted through Venmo and Zelle.
How far in advance to book
For custom installations, at least 3 weeks ahead is ideal, and Grab & Go usually needs about a week. Peak seasons fill first, so an early inquiry gets you first pick of dates and backdrops.
Phoenix heat & outdoor installs
Indoor installations typically last 3 or more weeks. Outdoor setups can be affected by heat and wind, so we'll talk through placement and timing to set realistic expectations for your space.
If your date changes
Your deposit holds your date, and if plans shift I can move it to another available date up to two times. Because I start building your balloons several days ahead, a change inside 72 hours of your event may mean covering materials again. If severe weather or anything else outside either of our control affects your event, I'll work with you to reschedule and your deposit stays good for a year. The full terms are in the agreement you'll sign with your deposit.
