Package prices include delivery & installation and teardown within 20 miles of Phoenix 85008. Venues more than 20 miles away add a distance fee, quoted with your event. Want to make it your own? Wood lettering can be added when we talk through your event.

Organic Balloon Garland
Custom colors and finish, built to your event. Metallic, chrome, or foil finishes are $28 per foot, and ribbon accents are free on standard garlands. Custom installs start at 12 ft, and Grab & Go garlands have no minimum.

Signature Stack
A number or bubble balloon with themed foils and personalization, like a name or phrase, built fuller and taller.
Statement Stack
Hand-twisted balloon characters or sculpted pieces with layered foils, made to be the centerpiece of the party.
Second Number or Letter
For two-digit ages or initials. Included with Statement Stacks.
Custom Vinyl
A name (+$10) or phrase or logo (+$25) on a Classic Stack. Included with Signature and Statement Stacks.
Helium Bouquets
Hand-tied in your colors with ribbon and matching weights. Latex is Hi-Float treated and typically floats 12 to 24 hours.

All helium is available for pickup. Drop & Go delivery starts at $35 on helium orders of $60 or more (the Classic Bouquet and up).

Delivery & Installation
I deliver, build, and style everything on site. Starts at $100, scales with distance and install size, and is already included in the $400 starting price within 10 miles of Phoenix 85008.
Teardown
I come back the evening of your event or the next day to take everything down. Required with rentals and optional for balloon-only installs. Flat $50 within 20 miles on installs up to 45 ft; larger installs and farther venues are quoted.
Large Backdrop Delivery
7 ft painted backdrops travel by trailer, so delivery & installation starts at $140. Printed backdrops of every size travel without one.
Short-Notice Booking
Custom installs and packages booked less than 10 days out include a rush prep fee: $50 at 8 to 10 days, $100 at 2 to 7 days, and from $150 under 48 hours (subject to availability). Grab & Go has no fee, but short-notice orders depend on availability.

Good to know
Booking & deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 72 hours before your event. Payments are made by card or bank transfer through your secure HoneyBook client portal, with Zelle as a backup. Paying your deposit confirms the Terms & Conditions.
Changes & cancellations
Life happens. Reach out as soon as you know, and the full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
How far in advance to book
Three weeks or more is ideal for custom installs and about a week for Grab & Go. Sooner dates are often still possible, so it's always worth asking.
Phoenix heat & outdoor installs
Indoor installs typically last 3 or more weeks and outdoor balloons 1 to 2 days. Outdoor installs need an indoor, tented, or shaded backup plan.
Quotes & price lock
Your quote is valid for 14 days. Once your deposit is paid, your price is locked in for your date, even if published prices change.
