Custom installations
I design it, you approve it, and I build and install everything on site. The $400 start includes a 12-foot garland with delivery & installation within 10 miles of Phoenix 85008, and most installs with a backdrop land between $550 and $925. Prefer a set price? Packages start at $650.
Grab & Go options
Pre-built in your palette for you to pick up and set up. Garlands, stacks, columns, Crazy Towers, freestanding garlands, and helium are all available, with garlands from $25 per foot ($28 metallic, chrome, or foil) and no minimum.
Helium bouquets
Hand-tied in your colors, from a Petite Bouquet to a Statement Bouquet with foils, plus a Big Balloon Trio. Latex is Hi-Float treated and typically floats 12 to 24 hours.

Share your date, space, and the price point you have in mind. I read every inquiry myself and reach out within one business day. Packages and custom installs start with a quick consultation call about your vision.
Save your date
A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your date. Then you'll approve a digital mock-up (custom installs) or color palette (Grab & Go) before I start building.
Show up & celebrate
The balance is due 72 hours before your date. For custom installs, I set everything up before your first guest arrives and come back afterward for teardown (included in packages; $50 within 20 miles on custom installs with rentals). Grab & Go orders are ready for pickup or Drop & Go delivery.

Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery & installation comes with every custom install and is built into the $400 starting price within 10 miles of Phoenix 85008. Farther venues are quoted by distance.
Will balloons hold up in the Arizona heat?
Indoor installs typically last 3 weeks or more, and outdoor balloons 1 to 2 days in the Phoenix sun, heat, and wind. I'll help you plan shade, placement, and timing.
How far in advance should I book?
Three weeks or more is ideal for a custom install and about a week for Grab & Go. Sooner dates are often still possible, so it's always worth asking. Custom installs and packages booked less than 10 days out include a short-notice booking fee, starting at $50.
What if my date changes?
